How Clinvoyant Incorporated collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with clinvoyant.com.

Effective June 26, 2026
What this policy does not cover

Protected health information (PHI) in our products. Clinvoyant’s products (including StatusIQ and OutpatientIQ) process patient information inside our customers’ electronic health record systems on behalf of those customers. We handle that information solely as a HIPAA Business Associate, and it is governed by HIPAA and the Business Associate Agreement between Clinvoyant and the covered-entity customer — not by this Policy. See our HIPAA Statement.

Product user accounts. Clinical users access our products through their organization’s identity provider (single sign-on). We do not collect or manage product-user credentials through the Site; those are provisioned and controlled by the customer.

1. Introduction

Clinvoyant Incorporated (“Clinvoyant,” “we,” “us”) is a healthcare technology company headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our public website at clinvoyant.com (the “Site”). It applies to visitors to the Site and to prospective customers who contact us through it.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

If you submit our “Request a Demo” / contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include: your name, title or role, work email address, phone number, organization name, number of facilities, approximate bed count, EHR provider, area of interest, and any message you include.

  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
